Tutorial PIC Editor USING paintCAD
TUTORIAL:
1st step- intall Paintcad

2nd step- Choose Your language

3rd step- help hints will appear
click Ok.

4th step- in sessi0n opti0ns:
select mode and Choose 8bpp
press ok button
Untill You the create new

5th step- if you are in create
new
press ok 3x Until you see
paint cad 2.1 x1
in the upper screen

6th step- press 0
symbol in Your keypad

7th step- you will see main
menu press two times in the
right
side button of your joystick Until
you see the processing

8th step- Choose ???->BMP24
press OK button

9th step- seclect the file you
want to resize

10th step- in the raster size,input
the width and height
of a picture you want resize then
press
OK,
and it will be automatic save.
